Subjects Taught

I graduated from Coffee County Central High school.  My college career started at Chattanooga State where I played softball.  I transferred to Motlow and graduated with an Associate's degree in Business.  Then, I attended MTSU and earned my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.

During my first year of teaching, I held two interim teaching positions; 1st grade in Tullahoma City schools, and Pre-K for Coffee County schools. I started my second year of teaching in the Special Ed. Pre-K for Coffee County Schools, and this is where I've been ever since. This year will be my 8th year of teaching.

I was born and raised in Coffee County.  I love playing softball, riding horses, and enjoy all types of water sports and racing.  Summer and Fall are my favorite seasons and my favorite color is green.  My favorite quote about life comes from Dr. Seuss, who said

"You have brains in your head.  You have feet in your shoes.

You can steer yourself any direction you choose."

Growing up, I never thought I would become a teacher.  As it turns out, teaching toddlers is a job I love, and who could ask for more?
